TO EXPLORE, CREATE AND INSPIRE
In order to anticipate, it is not enough to imagine new lifestyles and new modes of consumption. More accurately, it requires the development of new disruptive business models that rely on moving radically into new open fields to invent new scenarios of living.
Loève Saint-Ourens created the Lab to :
- explore new ways to forecast, create and generate added value for the lifestyle of the future
- develop her own vision about the future of the technological environment
MANIFESTO
In the fast-changing digital environment, our living conditions are evolving drastically. Most of this technological progress try to leverage our performances: increase our physical potential by managing it (quantified self), upgrade the service suite of our working and personal environments and optimize our travel modes. So much data is collected to track our lives and push us towards ultra performance as a permanent challenge. It is going further and further at a frantic pace and beginning by expanding our brain capabilities with artificial intelligence and may end with a trans-humanism outcome.
This is far from an alarmist speech. Since no one can ignore the technological progress, it is now time to define a new way of life in the post-digital era that is in line with what we are ... deeply human.

Inspired by critical design/design fiction, Loève develops disruptive products that challenge preconceptions and expectations thereby provoking new ways of thinking and impacting use, environment and consumption. To move forward, she is visiting professor for Master cycle CELSA-Sorbonne, teaching Introduction to Disruptive Thinking & innovation methods.
